Embrace The Character Of Christ In Your Words

Hello Readers & Followers,

I hope you had a wonderful Christmas filled with joy and blessings. Wishing you and your family every blessing this season.

Recently, I have observed how critical spirit is spreading everywhere. Sometimes they are vulgar words, harmful words that some 'Christians' say behind people's backs or they openly write on their social media platforms or within the comments section of a social media post. Also, I have seen people who are bold enough to speak hurtful and harmful words to others. God wants you to be bold to stand up for Christ and not to be bold to say or do evil things.

As Christians, Jesus is wanting those who profess to be His children to embrace His character in their words.

The Word of God says "Do not let unwholesome [foul, profane, worthless, vulgar] words ever come out of your mouth, but only such speech as is good for building up others, according to the need and the occasion, so that it will be a blessing to those who hear [you speak]." - Ephesians 4:29 AMP.

When you practise the above Scripture, a lot of things will change about how you speak or write. One thing that I'd like you to be aware of is the role of your association. Suppose you associate with those who constantly speak negatively about others or speak harmful/hurtful words about others before you know it, you'd also start speaking like your association to feel 'belong.' Suppose you are also mentored by someone or you listen to a preacher who constantly criticises others, you are likely to start copying his or her behaviour without realising it.

Think seriously about how you live. Watch carefully for danger. Remember that the devil is your enemy, he wants unwholesome talk to come out of you constantly so that you do not embrace the character of Christ.

God said in His Word "The time is coming when everything that is covered up will be revealed, and all that is secret will be made known to all and whatever you have said in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have whispered behind closed doors will be shouted from the housetops for all to hear!" - Luke 12:2-3 NLT.

When all your words are judged by our Lord Jesus Christ, would you pass the judgment test?

Reflect on the Year 2024, would you say you have reflected Christ's character in your words?

An Overview of the Year 2024

Hello Readers & Followers,

It has been a privilege to minister at these places this Year.

This Year 2024, I have seen the Lord move powerfully across the UK.

This Year 2024, I have seen the beauty of unity in the Body of Christ, particularly among some church leaders (Reverends, Parish Pastors & Music Ministers).

This Year 2024, I have observed that humans still yearn for healthy relationships, and a church is a beautiful place to build healthy and Godly relationships among Christians.

Thanks be to Jesus for all that He has done in the Year 2024.

What is your overview of the Year 2024?

God Can Change Your Story

Dear Readers & Followers,

I hope you are well.

Just as God changed these women's lives in the graphic image below, God can change your story and lead you to fulfil His Good Plans for your life, if you allow Him and trust in Him. God said in His Word in Jeremiah 29:11 (ICB) "I say this because I know what I have planned for you, says the Lord. I have good plans for you. I don’t plan to hurt you. I plan to give you hope and a good future."

That's right, God's plan is to give you hope and a good future.
